Craft and be Calm workshop – come along to a small, friendly workshop where we will be exploring new ways to keep calm and combat anxiety, coupled with crafting to help with mindfulness and keep us focused on something we enjoy. On this session we also look at why it is important to stay in positive a state of emotion, and how craft can help with that.
